Hello, the theme is OneCommunity. They use their own plugin to add Ranking and if you look at https://comunidad.paramiweb.com/members/redlo/ you can see that it works.
That could be happening?. I use the same template, and when installing it if it worked and when changing and configuring new ranges, looking like this in the demo, it stopped working. It may have been when updating a plugin.
In fact the only thing that fails me are the ranges. The rest, as the topic of the points to comment, publish … etc … that you could see in the capture if it works well. It’s just the Ranks issue that I get that error saying there are no ranks assigned.Well, no, my view also fails, from Members Rank and
