we currently only support the settings for administrators. We do not plan to change this.
If you have a strong use-case, please reach out to our support and suggest this as a feature request.
Currently, we only have a log, where censored email addresses with timestamps appear. If you need a complete log with timestamp and the entire email content, please use a plugin like Email Log from the wp repository.
The pro version has a feature where you can group users in bulk via the wp dashboards user list. If you need to segment them further down before adding them to a group, you’ll probably need an additional plugin like WP admin columns. So first you narrow down the user list, then you add the remaining users to an email list.

you can send emails to existing WordPress users. If your neighborhood reps have access to your WP dashboard and members have an account as well, you’re all set.

I only know that Translatepress is capable of this. It seems to filter the_content via the get_text hook or something like this. I do not think WPML is capable of this.

currently, this is only possible, using string translation plugins like TranslatePress.
The plugin pulls your reviews in the local language of your Google Business Profile. While we have a dropdown select field for choosing the language, most of the time, Google will ignore this.
