Hi Jeroen, I made a fresh copy in staging and activated the Divi theme only – no child theme. All plugins except Yoast are deactivated with the exception of Yoast, WP Activity Log, and WP Activity Log for Yoast SEO. The updating is unstable. I updated Yoast meta data; saved the updates. Went into the page content and updated; saved; viewed in browser. When I go back in, the Yoast changes made previously are gone, and it reverts back to the previous Yoast Meta data. The page I was working on was the /services/cushion-cover-replacements/.

Hi, Thank you for the quick response and I apologize for not using the support service. I do not have the IP address of the crawler from the Google Ads rep. I will continue to troubleshoot and will open a proper support ticket if I need to. Thank you!

1. Okay. We recently enabled the feature where we are using Verified as a review status, so I guess the screenshot is normal (red bar) until the review is verified and posted on the third-party site. Good to know; thank you!
2. On the second item, we will continue to troubleshoot it. It does appear to be tied to the notification about comment/review moderation. We have checked all the settings in the entire site and don’t see where to update/remove the setting. We may come back to you on this one, but we will check it out first.
Hi, We have experienced the same thing two times now. We just realized the mobile menu was not working. When we went into the plugin, the settings had been deleted and we did not make any updates to the mobile menu. This was an issue some time ago as well and we updated the settings then, thinking the issue was resolved. Today we realized the mobile menu was not working and, again, the settings we had entered were deleted. No one has gone in to change anything within the plugin.

In reply to: http redirects to https. how to also redirect for mobile deviceThanks Meadowvale Inspections. I was able to resolve my issue. It had to do with CloudFlare and the use of it. So, I discontinued that service and my site returned to normal. For some reason the CloudFlare service did not deploy 100%. That’s what caused my issue.

Okay. Thanks. I also canceled the website builder tool product in the client’s account, and hopefully that will remove any of the old sitemaps that appear to be in conflict. Thanks! I’m going to leave the issue open, in case it does not clear up. Once or if it does resolve, I’ll close it.
I am having the same problem. One of my new clients had a website hosted on a company created with a website builder in use by that company, and I changed the DNS to my hosting company/folder containing a WordPress site. The site is live and We enabled Google Analytics and GWT. The former site map appeared in GWT. When I test the new sitemap generated by Yoast, I get the same message about the robots.txt blocking – there are 14 errors. When I view the current robots.txt (see it live), it has no blocking directives in it. How can I fix this? I would hate to have my new client’s website performance plummet because of work that we did to improve his performance. The live site is http://herewetow.com.

Hi, I am in the process of converting a site to WordPress for a client. I need to be able to replicate the logo animation that is in use on the home page of http://www.dmklawgroup.com. I have been searching through plugins all day and can’t seem to get one that works. Does anyone have any suggestions?
