In reply to: [WooCommerce] on-hold to processing statusI’d say it is because he needs the order to be in the “processing” status so that his shippers know to ship it out. At least that is my case. I need my customers to know that I have received their payment and we are working on shipping it. Then they will get the completed notification when it leaves our warehouse.

For now I will have to have my customer service reps switch to that customer account (via a plugin) then use that link. A time-consuming workaround, but I guess my only option at this point.
