My problem isn’t strictly that I don’t know the password. It’s that I don’t actually know what the username is. I’ve used every email I have and it isn’t recognizing any of them. I can’t change a password when I don’t even know the username.
As mentioned in my original post, when I logged in to Bluehost (my previous host), all I had to do was press a button to go to my WordPress site, and it sent me there. No credentials (username or password) were requested. So I don’t know what those credentials are.
Do you have any suggestions for how I can find out my username?

@serralee, that worked. Amusingly, I was struggling with how to rename the folder to deactivate the plugins *Facepalm*. A google search revealed what I was struggling with lol now I’m accessing it again. Thanks.
