Hi , Quick update.

I Enabled display errors from the hosting configuration and I get now the below error

thank you for your reply.

I just had a chat with my hosting and they spent quite nice time trying to analyze the issue, Unfortunately they will not be able to increase the time limit as I am using shared server and 90 is the max but they helped me to create PHP error log and they identify that the website is using more than 10 concurrent connections to the database. As this is on a shared server we are not able to increase this value and the maximum number of connections is 10

Good Day.

Thank you for your mail and sorry for the late reply, I was in a work trip, overseas.

I installed Health check & Troubleshooting plugin

I Cleared cash-in ( Browser and WordPress using Clear my cash plug in )

I enable troubleshooting plugin

I run the report results nothing works

I enable WooCommerce Plug in

I run Analytic report ( Variation )

When I run week to date or Month to date I get data but when I run the same report for today onlyI get the same error ( There was an error getting your stats. Please try again. )

looks like the error from the Woocommerce.

I checked today and still doing the same, looks like it has to do with Plugin,

Will run through the plugin/theme conflict link you sent to try identify which one.

I disabled the 3 Extensions I had as advised and it is looks better,

I can run the reports except for Overview I get the same error ( there was an error getting your stats, Please try again. ) below is the inspection screen

I also edited WP-Config and Enabled the DEBUG Script

thank you for your speedy reply, much appreciate.

I understand my query wasn’t clear enough as I was waiting for response to give more feedback.

Basically after normal daily sale done at my shops, I like to do analysis to understand more regarding customer behavior ( total item soled, Time of purchase, which product most sale, etc. ) with the help of Analytic feature I can get all these info.

Since I started to face difficulty running Woocommerce Analytic I find few advise to check Woocommerce status, tools then Clear analytics cash first before I start do anything and indeed I do this but still not solving the problem 100%, I need to refresh the screen more than one time and this is depends on if I am lucky or not,

anyway let me share exactly what I get after doing this,

Hi James.
thank you for your reply.
I sent you another video privately please have a look.
I don’t have another website to check.
The problem it this error ( JASON ) appear only when I am editing the page from the WordPress interface but when I editing anything via Elementor all good.
Sorry to bother you again but I am trying to find out where is the issue, maybe there is something I did wrong that triggering this error
