The restrictions were not set in the wp-config.php. But there was used a db user, that isn’t allowed to create tables (I changed the users in wp-config.php some time after instalation to test something and forgot about that).Forum: Plugins

In 2.0.3 the probelm is back again 🙁

The text of the email sent after being locked is following:

http://www.xxx.cz/wp-login.php?action=unlock&key=xxxxx&login=xxxxx
The following attempts resulted in the lock:
