If it’s not too much trouble, could you please check again to see if it’s fixed? You’re right..

Yes, that option was selected, and for a while I disabled everything that affects JavaScript on WP Rocket. I hope this time the issue will be resolved — if it still doesn’t load, I’ll let you know. I believe that feature wasn’t available back then, and at that time all the JavaScript features were enabled. Thank you.

I’ve disabled JS delay, JS defer, and JS combine settings on WP Rocket. If my forms load without any issues, then the problem is resolved. If they still don’t load properly, I’ll let you know.

When I select JS Classic Mode from the CFF settings, the form appears, but as you already know, some of my forms don’t load at certain intervals. How can we solve this issue?

Do we need to buy a paid add-on?

    Hello,
I have been monitoring the issue for a long time, and everything seems normal now; the forms are loading without any problems. When the “DIRECT” option is selected in the CFF settings, there are no issues, but with the recommended settings, the forms do not load. Just a heads-up. Thanks again!

    Hello,

I have removed the JS files from your initial message without delay. Additionally, I used the CFF Direct upload settings and regenerated the CSS in WP Rocket. I’ve been monitoring for a while, and I don’t see any issues with the forms.

However, when I use the “Recommended” setting instead of “Direct,” the forms still fail to load randomly. It seems I will need to continue with these settings.

When you have a chance, could you quickly browse the site to check if there are any forms that don’t load randomly?

I hope the issue is completely resolved. Thank you!

P.S.: When switching to the Direct setting, the CFF forms do not appear when we use the Structured Data Testing Tool in GSC / Show tested page / Screenshot. I’m not sure if this is an issue, but the forms appear fine with other settings.

Would you like me to reactivate WP Rocket? It may need to be reviewed.

Just to be on the safe side, I’ve reactivated WP Rocket.

    Hello @codepeople2

    They say:

Unfortunately, compatibility between plugins can be discussed with the developers.

Of course, the CFF team can contact our team to discuss compatibility between our plugins – we would be happy to provide them with a license for testing, and our team would also be happy to collaborate.

I’m really sorry, but it’s not possible to provide direct support on this matter.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Thank you

I’m currently in communication with Adina from the WP Rocket team. I hope she will share her perspective here, and that the issue will be resolved through a collaborative approach.

    Hello @codepeople2

I just disabled WP Rocket and have been navigating through the forms for about 15 minutes. So far, all forms are loading without any issues, meaning there is no problem.

In summary, this issue is entirely due to an incompatibility between CFF and WP Rocket. I have already sent the necessary email, but it would be more effective if you addressed this issue directly. Even if it doesn’t cause problems today, the same issue could arise in another project in the future.

Currently, websites with a small number of forms may not notice any issues. However, on sites like ours that use a large number of forms, this error will eventually be noticed, and you will receive feedback. The problem is not caused by your plugin, but WP Rocket currently has a system that is rendering your plugin non-functional. I am now certain of this.

Also, since WP Rocket is currently disabled, you can browse the site, and everything works smoothly. This clearly demonstrates the incompatibility between the two plugins.
    Thank you.

    Hello @codepeople2

Exactly, we’re on the same page. The form that appears inaccessible actually exists in the system, but a caching system is preventing it from loading. When the cache is cleared, the form becomes active and works without issues.

Now, my question is slightly different: the only caching system I use is WP Rocket, and I have the premium version.

Why is it causing this issue? More specifically, as you mentioned, why might it be loading an older version? Since JS, CSS, and most importantly, the CFF plugin are not the problem, the issue must be with the caching system.

When the cache is cleared, the previously non-loading form reappears and functions properly. However, after some time, the same issue occurs on a different page, where the form fails to load.

I hope I’m making myself clear. If I were to disable WP Rocket, I’m sure everything would work flawlessly.
    Thank you

    Hello @codepeople2

The provided source code is the existing source code because the form is not loading. Since the form does not load, the form tags are missing. However, when the cache is cleared with WP Rocket, the form becomes active again. For example, LINK, this form is currently working fine.

Our main question from the beginning has been: What is preventing this form from loading? I believe we have ruled out JS-related possibilities.

The CFF files are also excluded from caching.

Why does an older version load when the cache is cleared? Normally, the WP Rocket plugin should load the most up-to-date version. This creates an illogical contradiction. When we clear the cache with WP Rocket, around 95% of the forms work, but 5% do not. When we clear it again, this ratio does not change, but the pages that don’t work are different each time.

I am actually adding the form using the SHORTCODE from your plugin, without any manual additions or modifications. There is also no query affecting the form. However, I have been unable to resolve this issue for months. I know that the problem is not caused by the plugin itself, but I suspect there is a conflict between the plugin and WP Rocket.

The reason for this is that everything else works fine, except the CFF form. Please don’t take this as criticism; I’m trying to approach the issue constructively and highlight that it’s a problem affecting both sides.

    Thank you.
