Thanks for that, it’s done the trick! I don’t recall the option being enabled in the settings before but I guess one of the staff that helps administrate users accidentally created an additional field in a CSV import that forced this option to be enabled? Who knows, thanks for your help.

In reply to: [Import and export users and customers] Bug in User ProfileI’d done some testing to verify this before reporting, disabling plugins until the field disappeared. I’m happy to double check it again.
Here is a screenshot where you can see the issue I’m referring to. A field called ’email’ appears under ‘Extra profile information’:
