Hi- I am back!
I have sent in the dianostics as requested.
The login has no options for recaptha or Code verification and the link in the email (which emailing now works) the link it’s self doesn’t as it takes you back to a different log-in page.
Glad i am not paying forthis plugin as it’s been nothing but a headache since I installed this and honestly is it really and truly worth it? honestly!
Will Do!
As for the Pop3 error I have finally found the issue and had nothing to do with your plugin.
But still no reCaptcha box on log-in page.
Cheers
Phil
Hi
In that case this produces another issue as I presumed it was one or the other so I didn’t worry but the reCaptcha box on the log-in page doesn’t appear.
Yes it is all setup in the admin setup page.
Although I do have this issue below that keeps showing up at the top of my admin dashboard and been working for the last week trying to solve it without resolution.

Connection error: Can not authenticate to POP3 server: [AUTH] Authentication failed.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce Deactivation IssueHi,, The deactivation link is there only it’s not heightened, it’s dule and can’t be clicked on,
I have no issues with my host, server or any other plugin on my site at all so the issue must be your plugin causing it.
I am not at my desktop fo rthe 2 to 3 days but I take screenshots when I get back.
Cheers
Well that’s not right,, I should be able to edit any frontend text on my website. Please either tell where I can do that or I will find some other plugin.
Cheers
Hi
I appreciate the response and the fact that you have taken steps to suggest it for the future.
Although I was kinda hoping it wouldn’t full on death ears I never actually expected to go any further than that, nor did post this as a complaint, just a means of putting what is an annoying factor within this plugin and maybe gain some support it but it seems it feel into the right hands first time round which is great to hear even if it doesn’t happen.
Thanks for your time.
Cheers
Hi
I think there must be a mis-understanding into my request, I will add a screenshot here to help.
As the shortcode or what your mention, the WF works fine and is displayed for frontend members within their account page,, no issues there.
It is the text which starts with Two-Factor Authentication area that I would like to change/add to.
Where can I do that? please.

In reply to: [ProfileGrid – User Profiles, Groups and Communities] Too Many Bugs/ErrorsHi
Yea I tried it on it’s own without other plugins and some of the issues didn’t happen but I am pretty sure that 99.9% of wp users don’t use just your plugin alone within the website thus your plugin doesn’t work properly with other plugins including those you supposably entergrate with and since most of those plugins are Pro plugins we can’t just swap and change them as we want wasting spent money because it suits your plugin, never gonna happen.
Anyway I have since changed and found a far better more usable plugin that works 100% so far and I haven’t wasted days fixing issues but actually moving forward in creating my site.
So you can keep working your plugin on it’s own install all you want but that doesn’t make it usable or true if it doesn’t work with every other plugin available.
At the end of the day it’s your loss not mine.
Cheers
problem solved
I gave up looking as domain mapping only really work well if the add-on domains are placed in alias in Cpanel but the lets ecrypted SSL doesn’t cover those and my host says there is nothing they can do to make it work so I have change into using just sub-domains in multisite and redirected my TLD to it although it’s not what I want at this time I have no other choice if I want to move on as I have wasted enough time on this.
None of the SSL plugins have help either at that’s cost me a fair bit of dough just there alone as they say they work on multisite but what they don’t say is they only work with sub domains and not alias as they can’t over-ride the SSL provider settings,, so that was a waste of money as they don’t want to refund any of it. Spending more on yours I feel wouldn’t be any different as you all do pretty much the same thing.
So over all I found out that for multisite to work properly on a shared server with a shared IP address,, Don’t use domain mapping, stick to sub-domains.
I still have option to change it anytime if anyone has a fix or if can afford a dedicated server one day in the future.
Thanks

In reply to: Multisite Super Admin issuesTried to install Jetpack as well and it breaks my site as well and when it doesn’t the page is also blank.
I installed MS using Sub-Directories as my option,, wp is installed in the root directory and I am using Domain Mapping.
Thought I mention all that so as to help solve the issue.

In reply to: WP update causing site issuesThanks Threadi for the assist as this has fixed the issue.
I thought it was the WP update as I remember changing this setting just before updating WP.
