Thank you for your quick response. Yes it certainly appears that it might be a caching issue because when I try the URL from a device that has never visited the website before there are no issues. I’ve cleared the cache and that seems to have resolved it.

Thank you! That workaround helps a lot, as I can now view the pages on the website. However, I would love to get the loader working properly again, the way that it was before.
It seems as though something is happening to the loader-wrapper, so that it no longer fades out once the page loading is completed. Instead, it just continues to display forever.
The way you can easily replicate this issue is by downloading the Marketing Pro WordPress Theme and updating Redux to Version 4.1.24
