    I expect someone from support to reply with the usual “this doesn’t sound right, please contact us for help”.

    This is just a note that I already tried that and they required one of their (insanely expensive) premium plans to even look into the issue. Even though I provided all the info about how a particular section of code in their plugin was causing the slow down.
