Could you please double check if this issue is happening when all other plugins except UM & UM Profile Tabs are inactive. Please add some higher numbers and check.

Unfortunately, the feature to edit profile fields is not available in the free version of the plugin, however this is available in the pro plugin i.e. Ultimate Member Tabs Pro.

Could you please explain more about what exactly is the issue? Are you able to see the tabs in the profile page of Ultimate Member ? Are the default tabs of the parent plugin “Ultimate Member” displaying correctly and the tabs created through “UM Profile Tabs” only creating the problem ?
Would you be able to provide the problem page URL to see the issue ? Thanks in adv.

Can you please tell us where exactly you are adding this code snippet and what is the meta_key for the profile field ? Are you using any hook to display the value ?

Yes, this is possible to use short-codes from other plugins inside the tab content, however some of the short-codes might not work properly because of the different ways these are being processed. Please let us know if you are facing issues with any short-code and we will try and check if that can be made compatible with Ultimate Member Profile Tabs.

Currently, your requirements can not not be achieved directly with the plugin. However, custom code can be used along with the plugin to store multiple number of data along side single user.

To respond to your post, first – we haven’t heard from you in either the ww.wp.xz.cn support forums or through the contact form on our site. It would have been wise to reach out for support before bashing our dedication to supporting this free plugin.
Could you please explain what doesn’t work exactly and which setting gets unresponsive. The unresponsive issue could have been due some conflict with your theme or other plugins which could have been debugged/fixed with the help of a support request.
