It indeed works. The problem was somehow connected to Oxygen Builder. I just pasted script code to Code Block and that way it works.
OK, it seems the problem was pretty specific and theme related. Thanks!
I’m not using any caching plugin at the moment. 🙁
It works! I wasn’t aware you have to add recaptcha field to the form – expected it to work like in other contact forms (you enable recaptcha and it loads sitewide). Sorry for bothering you.
