Cliff – we have a staging environment (WP Engine) so we can try dramatic things if need be.

It looks like it may be getting choked up on images that were deleted or failed to upload. The physical files are not in the wp-content/uploads directory, but they are listed in the bulk optimizer list of files. Any way to force that list to rebuild based on the actual media library?
