As we know, WhatsApp doesn’t provide permanent links to calls. So, initiating a call using the WhatsApp button is impossible.

Navigate to Click to chat–> Greetings–> and select ‘Multi Agent’. To Add an agent, click on the Add Agent button and enter the Agent details.
