I updated my Post SMTP plugin, and it resolved the issue.
Hi, thank you for your reply.
I contacted GoDaddy about the firewall, and that wasn’t it. I also deactivated each plugin individually one by one, and that wasn’t it as well. Then GoDaddy mentioned “it seems the emails are getting blocked from server end”, whatever that meant haha. They opened a ticket to work with the developer team, and after 2-3 days it finally got fixed.
Just wanted to let you know this was my issue.

there is no option for choosing “flags” under ‘show in menu’. only has “main menu”, “bottom menu”. There’s option of ‘flag’ under ‘widget look’ which is already set as ‘flags’.
Then the [gtranslate] under appearance did not work either. the flag still comes up on top of each other rather than side by side. it just made them come closer to each other.
