It seems like the issue is specific to your site, where one of the existing plugins on the site could be conflicting with ProfileGrid. Could you please check it after deactivating all other plugins on the site, except for ProfileGrid? Then check if the issue is still there.
In case the issue is resolved after deactivating all other plugins, you’ll have to find which plugin is conflicting with ProfileGrid and keep it deactivated. You can check this by activating the plugins one by one and recreating the issue in ProfileGrid with each activation.

Currently, the shortcode only supports the UID, not the username. We have noted this for improvement in future updates.

Thanks for writing to us. The parent-child group management feature is not available as part of the core plugin. There is a possibility of custom development, but moderators on ww.wp.xz.cn encourages to use plugin’s site directly (as oppose to this forum) to request for such support.

Thank you for your response. ProfileGrid only enqueues its own plugin JS files, not those of third-party plugins. Could you please check the issue again after deactivating all other plugins on the site, except for ProfileGrid?
If the issue persists, we will need the site information details from “Tools >> Site Health” in the dashboard to investigate further.

We checked the link shared by you and it seems that you are using Elementor on your site, ProfileGrid has an extension “Elementor User Login” for Elementor that allows you to add a login widget with your choice of page. If you do not select any page, user will stay on that page only.

Please make sure that you have installed the latest version V4.2 of EventPrime Integration extension on site. You can get the extension “EventPrime Integration (Latest)” from your account on our site.

Go to the link wp-admin/admin.php?page=pm_profile_fields&gid=40, replacing the ’40’ with your site’s Group ID. This will display all the fields for that group, and you can edit each field here.

Plugin works based on the group, and the My Profile page shows the details for all groups which a user belongs to. If a user is member of multiple groups then it will show field sections of those all groups.
You can show the fields under those sections by configuring the field settings.
Please refer to the following steps to change the settings of a field:
1) Login to the WordPress dashboard and go to the “User Profiles >> Groups” menu.
2) All Groups will be listed here , then go to the “Group Registration Form” for a group.
3) Next you will see the list of fields for that group. You can edit, delete or add fields from here.
4) To show field on profile page, enable the option “Display on Profile Page” in field settings.

We checked the issue on your site, and it seems that the problem is caused by a space in the username for that admin user. Please update the username by removing the space. You can change the username from the “Account Details” tab under the “Settings” section on the profile page.
After changing the username, please go to “Settings >> Permalinks” and save the permalinks once. Then, check the URL for this user on the members page.

You can translate the strings using the “Loco Translate” plugin. ProfileGrid includes a POT file that contains all the English text from the plugin for translation.
Customizing messages based on different conditions is not available at the moment. We have noted this request and forwarded it to the team for consideration.
