Please try deactivating other plugins one by one and see which one fixes the issue. Also, try switching the active theme to a WordPress default one.

We investigated this thoroughly and found no issue. The code in qcld-wpwbot.php:124 was not changed in the recent version. This code connects to your database. I think your database/mysql server may have gone offline for some reason at the time of update.

We are investigating this. In the meantime, please log in via FTP or cPanel file manager. Go to wp-contents/plugins/ folder and rename or delete the chatbot folder. Then you can log in to WP Admin again.
