Please remove FAQ from the Active Menu column by double clicking on the Settings->Start Menu page. Then add it back.

We released a new version. Please upgrade to that. Now go to the Settings page and you should see a button on the left menu for Reset all options. Try clicking on that. Let me know if that fixes the issue.

There are a few things you can try:
- Try deactivating the active plugins one by one and check if deactivating any one of them fixes it
- Try switching to a WordPress default theme like 2022 and see if that fixes it
- Go to the settings page and press F12 to Inspect Elements. Check the Console Tab, see if there is any error
- Deactivate any cache plugin and see if that fixes the issue. Some cache plugins also offer the option to cache the backend

Changing the image to SVG will not help. The JPG image is working fine but something is changing the jpg image to SVG when the bot is closed. So the image URL stops working. You need to find which plugin is doing that.

We are back after the weekend. Please add the following CSS from WPBot Settings->Custom CSS. Save and purge the Rocket cache and any CDN completely:

}Also, we notice that after the ChatBot window is opened and then closed, the JPG image you uploaded is changed to an SVG image and it stops showing. Likely another plugin is doing this. You can find that plugin, by deactivating the plugins one by one and see deactivating which one solves the issue.

Our plugin was not designed to work like that. It is based on Lists on a single page. However, if you really need that option, you can try our Pro version which has an option for Multi page mode that works similar to what you need.
