Many thanks for reporting this. We are checking this and we will release a solution ASAP.
The Interface and flow will not be exactly like your screenshot.
But the Pro version all licenses (including the Starter) has the option to Skip greetings(asking for name, email etc.) and directly load an Intent like the FAQ or a Conversational form.
