It seems like for a brief second the stacking happens when the page height and positions are calculated. You can try using a free plugin like auto optimize to optimize the CSS and HTML code. That may help with the issue.

Yes, you can do that.
1. Create a Category for this
2. Create some Lists for your link directory and assign to that category

Currently, it is not possible to completely “remove” the feature. You can remove information about the command from the Language center System Keywords area.
