Please add this custom CSS to remove the website field. You can ad this from theme options.

Sometimes it may not work if and when the theme is customized differently than WordPress standard functions. You can test this by switching to a default WordPress theme like 2020 and see if it is working with that.
We can give you a custom CSS override to hide it, if you like. Let us know.

Did not hear back from you. However, If the FAQ button is showing in “Active Menu” area then please remove the FAQ button from Active Menu area. To remove a menu item from Active Menu simple drag the menu item and drop it to Available Menu.
Please note that, After making changes in the settings, please clear browser cache and cookies before reloading the page or open a new Incognito window (Ctrl+Shit+N in chrome).

Can you confirm that you are talking about the To address or the From/Reply To address?
In the ChatBot general settings, there is an option to set the To email address. Is that not working for you?

We found that certain themes code the author URL in a different way. We added an extra hook for that now. Probably not a lot of themes do that. Otherwise, someone else from the 9000+ plugin users would have reported it in the support forum.
Please upgrade and test. Let us know the result.

It may be a theme issue. What theme are you using? The live site link will help us identify the problem.
