non-memberset toNoinside Role Mapping settings,So as soon as Member Expire they will be removed from server

Could you please confirm all members are joining via your website and there is no discord invite link open for them to join and jump in discord?
hey @garytayl1 if you want to remove user when they failed to make payment you need to keep setting under role mappings tab
keep Allow non-member settings to NO
@msmithng Hey Could you please disable WHOP bot for a test and then test with RUN API again. I believe the WHOP bot is being fired again and removing roles given by the MemberPress Discord Bot.
You can also see logs of roles actions inisde discord.

We couldn’t listen to changes made by other bots, but you can always reset roles for members under members table, you will find a button name “Run API”

Do the same for wp_usermeta table.

i suggest changing permission to admin for few tests and then you can reverse back, this is our suggested settings.
