Please make sure that you are using a duplication profile where ACF-related custom fields and post metadata copying are enabled. In most cases, empty ACF fields after duplication mean that the selected profile is not configured to copy all required metadata.

Duplicate Post RB supports ACF fields, custom post types, and related metadata. If needed, please check the profile settings used for duplication and make sure ACF/custom fields support is enabled there.

If the issue still remains, please send us more details about which ACF fields are not being copied, and we will be happy to check it further.

At the moment, full support for SEO plugins like Yoast SEO, Rank Math SEO, and All in One SEO is still being improved.

We’re actively working on extending compatibility so that all SEO-related metadata is duplicated correctly. In the meantime, you can try enabling the option to copy all post meta in your duplication profile. This often helps include most SEO fields.

If you notice specific fields that are not being copied, feel free to share them with us, and we’ll take a closer look.

The current version of the plugin supports duplicating WooCommerce products, but not all product-related data is fully covered yet. Some elements like variations, attributes, or certain custom fields may not be copied completely.

We’re actively working on improving WooCommerce compatibility to provide more complete support for product data in upcoming updates. In the meantime, you can try enabling the option to copy all post meta in your duplication profile. This may help include more product-related fields.

If you can share which specific data is missing, we’ll be happy to take a closer look

Bulk duplication is already supported. You can find the “Duplicate” option in the Bulk Actions dropdown on the posts or pages listing screen.

Just select the items you want to duplicate, choose the duplicate action, and apply it, the plugin will handle them in one go.

If you don’t see the option, please let us know, and we’ll help you check your configuration.

If comments are disabled but your theme still shows the comment form placeholder, it’s usually related to caching or theme-level rendering. First, please try to clear all caches (browser, caching plugins, CDN) and reload the page, in many cases, this resolves the issue.

If the placeholder is still visible after that, it’s likely your theme is forcing the comment template to display, even when comments are disabled. In this case, you may need a small CSS fix or theme adjustment to fully hide it.

If you’d like, feel free to share a link to your page, we’ll help you find the exact solution

In the new version, the Duplicate action is now controlled by profiles and custom buttons, so it may not appear if a profile isn’t properly configured.

Here are a few things to check:
    – Profiles & Buttons. Go to Duplicate Post RB → Profiles and make sure you have an active profile with custom buttons enabled and published (including the Duplicate action).
    – Profile Assignment. Ensure that the profile is properly assigned and active, otherwise the duplicate links won’t be displayed in the post/page list.
    – Plugin Refresh. Try to deactivate and reactivate the plugin, then reload the page.
    – Clear Cache. Clear your browser and site cache, as old UI elements may still be cached after the update.

If everything is set correctly, the Duplicate link should appear again under posts and pages. If it’s still missing, feel free to share a screenshot of your profile settings, we’ll help you identify what’s blocking it.

No additional settings are required for copying the post password, it should be duplicated as long as it’s enabled in your profile.

Here are a couple of things to double-check:
    – Make sure the original post actually has a password set (not empty).
    – Confirm that the correct duplication profile is being used. It’s possible to have multiple profiles, and some of them may not have the password option enabled.

If both are set correctly, the password should transfer without any issues. If the problem persists, feel free to share your profile configuration, we’ll be happy to take a closer look.

At the moment, Duplicate Post RB works within a single site only and does not support duplicating posts or pages across different sites in a WordPress Multisite network.

However, we’re already planning to add Multisite support in future releases, including more advanced cross-site duplication features.

If you have a specific workflow in mind (for example, syncing content between sites or copying templates), feel free to share, it would really help us shape this functionality to better match real use cases

Yes, hierarchical duplication is supported in Duplicate Post RB.

To make sure child pages are copied along with the parent, please check the following:
    – Open your duplication profile settings
    – Go to the “Elements to copy” section
    – Make sure that hierarchical (parent–child) duplication is enabled

If this option is active, the plugin will automatically duplicate the entire page structure, including all child pages. If it’s still not working as expected, feel free to share your profile configuration, we’ll be happy to help you set it up correctly.

That is very strange. We tested it again on our side, and after saving the settings the warning message disappears as expected.

    Please try the following:
    – test it in another browser or on another device
    – clear your browser cache
    – if you use any caching or optimization plugins, please clear those caches as well

It is possible that the message is still being shown because of cached admin page data. If the issue still remains after that, please let us know and we will check it further.

Unfortunately, the current version of the plugin does not support WordPress Multisite, so it’s not possible to disable comments network-wide at the moment.

However, we are planning to add Multisite support in future releases.

This is controlled by the profile settings, not the general plugin settings.

Please open Duplicate Post RB – Settings, then make sure you are editing the correct profile. In that profile, go to the “Elements to Copy” tab and enable all required fields, such as:

    – Excerpt
    – All Post Meta (if needed)

Each profile has its own configuration, so it’s important to check that you’re using the same profile when duplicating posts. After updating the profile settings, please try duplicating the page again.

Please check the Duplicate Post RB settings. In the General Settings tab, make sure that in “Show copy option on” setting enabled option for the post/page list, since this controls whether the Clone link appears there.

Let us know if it is already enabled and the link is still missing.

No subscription or license is required to use the WP-CLI commands in the plugin. The CLI functionality, including bulk duplication, is fully available out of the box.

You can use these commands freely on any site where the Duplicate Post RB plugin is installed.

There are no limits on the number of duplication profiles you can create in Duplicate Post RB. This is a advanced feature that is available in the plugin without any restrictions on the number of profiles for posts, pages, or any other post types.

Yes, you can absolutely have multiple profiles active on the same website and choose between them depending on what you want to duplicate. Profiles are designed to give you full flexibility over the duplication process.

You can select different profiles at any time, which makes it easy to handle different duplication scenarios with different rules.

We’re also working on upcoming improvements, including handling of complex post types (like WooCommerce products with metadata and custom fields) and improved compatibility with popular SEO plugins such as Rank Math and Yoast SEO.

Stay tuned for future updates, we have some very interesting ideas in development.
