Unfortunately the entire first step is a giant calculation. Most likely that’s my problem as they haven’t upgraded to support WP 5.0 yet. Thanks for being so responsive!
It is still installed, but inactive at this point. I can give you elevated access if need be. I went ahead and used an embedded form from the client’s CC account instead of using the plugin.
