Ok. Is there any way to get support/have someone look into this issue without having to re-purchase a subscription to a product I already own?
I tried that, and it just gave me an error and said to post my question here. Unfortunately, our previous developer who has the account that purchased the plugin is no longer with us and we don’t have access to his account. I’m guessing that’s why it wouldn’t let me submit a support ticket.
I’m using WooCommerce and the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugins.
