adminHallo,
– admin1 -> site1
– admin2 -> site2, site3, site4, …, site16Thanks 😉 …
The option will show the current language settings in the installation. In the past, it was possible to update the language from here but it was deactivated later. Could you make a screenshot of what you have in this part of the settings?
BTW It seems that “fr_CH” is not maintained or in place -> https://make.ww.wp.xz.cn/polyglots/2020/07/31/locale-fr_ch/.

In reply to: [MslsMenu] Switcher below menuYou’ll probably find some
<li>and</li>around the items in your menu. You should use the same tags as those.There is another Addon available that is called MslsSelect. This is probably what you’re looking for.

In reply to: [MslsMenu] Switcher below menuHello,
you should see a set of additional inputs in the admin dashboard of Multisite Language Switcher for the menu. There are also fields before/after the list and before/after every item. Those should be aligned with the HTML of your menu.
Cheers!

In reply to: [Multisite Language Switcher] Language Switcher with GlobeIcon – PopUpI’m not a frontend developer so I wouldn’t know where to start. But I know there are some similar solutions out there that simply use the API of this plugin: http://msls.co/user-docs/integration-website.html#using-the-api
It is hard to say what the problem is. Did you visited the permalinks page in the wp-admin to refresh the permalinks-structure?

In reply to: [Multisite Language Switcher] WPML language switcherYes, a link to the current language is optional:

You probably need also MslsMenu (which is an add-on to the Multisite Langauge Switcher):

In reply to: [Multisite Language Switcher] Different websites in a multisite networkThis is no problem. You can just use those users to tie the websites together (without any coding). You can use another user that has access to all websites just for editing.

In reply to: [Multisite Language Switcher] Different websites in a multisite networkYou can use the option “Reference User”. Just create for example a user that is the admin of one set and another user that is the admin of the second set.

In reply to: [Multisite Language Switcher] Reciprocal link not workingThe plugin must be active in the sites where you expect the functionality. Please share a screenshot of the MSLS dashboard where you have the plugin active. Also via mail if you don’t like to share it here: [email protected]
