I have been fighting with this for several weeks and brought it to your customer service to inform you that there is something wrong with either the instructions or the template. The customer service is constantly generically directed to make the translations according to this instructions https://wedevs.com/blog/25394/how-to-translate-wedevs-theme-and-plugin/ and to download the files from here https://wedevs.com/account/translate/projects/. As you can see, the names of the files are different from your video and nowhere is it stated what the files should be called. On your video: wpuf-pro-xx.po on your instructions: wp-user-frontend-pro-xx.po. This would have saved time on both sides if this information had been known immediately.
