In reply to: converting wp used as blog to run whole siteRight before I read your post, I called my host and saw how they re-directed my domain to point to the folder, which seemed a lot easier than editing the index and htaccess files.
I am offered a download on some browsers and computers even after I’ve cleared the browsing history.

Thanks for getting back to me. I reverted to the old Google form, and that works, until I see the page in WordPress and then I’m getting the 404 again.
I’ve gone into settings, permanent links switched to one of the other settings saved, switched back and saved and that hasn’t stopped the page not found error message.
I changed the permit link address at the top of the WordPress page that your plug-in creates

In reply to: [Google Forms] 404 error pageI too am getting the 404 error. I don’t know what you mean by Set the Permalinks setting to the WordPress default and save it. When I go to Setting | Permalinks, I don’t see a default option. I did toggle permalinks settings, saved, and then went back to my original option, and it worked. But when I change the permalink name, the page goes 404. I’ve looked at my FTP and it doesn’t seem to be creating a wpgform/ folder.
And one last thing, there is not submit button, only the text:

Is the more tag option frequently included in other themes? What would I be looking for?
Are there other themes with a dark look that you’d recommend that would better for me?

Thanks for your post, but I still can’t find the specific file to edit! I looked with a friend who has more experience and he couldn’t find it either!
Also, I know this isn’t mailchimp form related, but if you look at my blog, you’ll see that it’s left justified, not centered, and the margins are too narrow. I have more room that I can spread out to the right, but don’t see anywhere in the admin panel to change it.
any really, really specific help to find these files and setting?

I have firebug, but have only used it to find things. Can you also update the file right infirebug? I’ve changed things, but how do you save it?
Thanks for sending me the link to the file. I see the codes now. I’m still not sure where it’s locatedas I couldn’t find a file with the ? In front. What does the ? signify?
