  • Looking for a solution to mysterious unsubscribes myself. Ironically, one of the unsubscribed email address was my own! I have been able to deduce that there is a connection between being unsubscribed and placing a test order in my new WooCommerce shop. Your plugin is in the footer of the order page and the email address used for the order is the same as the CC Mailing List. The time stamp for being unsubscribed and placing the order is the same. This happened to myself and another person who was testing the shop for me.

    I am not able to remove myself from the Do Not Mail list, which CC is telling me is a global issue on their end, but they can not speak to why I would be unsubscribed in the first place, suggesting it is an issue with the Constant Contact API plugin.

    Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
