1. deactivate CF7 ver 3.6.0
2. renamed the plugin folder to contact-form-7_old
3. reinstall ver. 3.5.4 , download link below

4. all work perfectly after that, even all the forms and settings still intact.thank you cwendt01

Thank you for posting your solution. Could you be more specific?
Basically you deleted all files in public_html/wp-content/uploads/wp-clone of the NEW website?
And then run the WP Clone on the NEW website from WP-Admin?
Did you refer the backup file from the OLD website? or you upload it to the NEW one?I appreciate your help.
