After reading your message, I checked the functionality of the plugin. I noticed that a customer is unable to pay if they choose the “Request Quote” shipping method. When I try to place an order, I see the following notice at the top of the checkout page:
“Please request a shipping quote before placing your order.”Could you please record a video of this problem for me?

Sorry, this is not possible with the current version of the Zip Code Based Pricing plugin. The plugin does not support applying a universal percentage discount (like 20%) to all products based on a zip code without setting prices for each product individually.
