ReponYes, you need to exclude cookie. Please read the warning section from description of this plugin. I copied below text from the description.
For websites hosted on WP Engine, you must request support to allow the
wordpress_utm_event_tracker_sessioncookie.Let me know after checking.

I believe there may still be a caching issue. It’s not possible to identify the exact problem without accessing your website’s backend. I think your developer can help you.
Have you configured the form for capturing gclid data?

I have placed the “Request Quote” button at the bottom of the Checkout page (Block layout). Unfortunately, there isn’t a suitable way to position it inside the shipping section as in the Classic layout. I recommend using either the Classic layout or the Block layout for the Cart and Checkout pages.

I checked your website and noticed that you are only passing the UTM source to the name field. However, I don’t see the value appearing in the form. This is likely due to a caching issue. Could you please exclude the following cookie key from your LiteSpeed Cache plugin?

ReponI have checked your website. When logged in, the plugin works perfectly. However, when not logged in, the plugin cannot read the cookie due to caching. This issue is not caused by our plugin, so we are unable to resolve it. You will need to contact your developer to fix the caching problem.
You can try below steps:
If you’re using QUIC.cloud CDN:- Log in to your QUIC.cloud dashboard.
- Select your domain → go to Page Rules.
- Create a new rule where you can exclude requests that contain a cookie condition.
- Enter the cookie name and choose Bypass Cache.

Currently it is not possible without adding extra code. The plugin has available filter to add extra params to URL. I’m on vacation now. Right now I’m not able to give you right information without checking plugin code.
