You can use
{utm_event_tracker:utm_source}as the default value to retrieve the UTM Source for any kind of forms. To capture a different UTM parameter, simply replace utm_source with the desired parameter name. Below is a list of available UTM parameters for reference:utm_campaign utm_medium utm_source utm_term utm_content fbclid gclid ip_address landing_page tracking_timePlease replace ‘utm_source’ with what you want.

I have just released a new version (1.1.5) after fixing the problem you mentioned. You don’t need to turn off Custom Events or Google Analytics Events. Please let me know if this issue has been resolved.

After trying a few times I am also facing the “Use a new payment method” issue. But this problem is not showing from the “Freight Shipping Quote” plugin. This is an internal problem of the “WooCommerce Stripe Gateway” plugin. When you land on the checkout page without any payment method available and then change the country you will see the problem. I tested it after deactivating the “Freight Shipping Quote” and using another popular plugin. Please watch the below video.
FYI: The new payment method problem also showing in version 1.4.0. But I don’t know why this problem is not showing on your site.
Finally, I am sorry for this problem. Actually, this problem is not coming from the Freight Shipping Quote plugin.
