Thank you for your suggestions, I tried all except for the temporary theme – Not sure how to do that.
A few times, since our internet isn’t fantastic, the page wouldn’t load fully and when I clicked on those aforementioned sections (General, Inventory, etc) the URL would show that I was clicking on the different sections. Not sure if that helps at all…
We have WooCommerce plugins, but I don’t know to what degree. New at a job and don’t have experience with this and I’m trying to figure it out. Plus no one here knows what’s going on either :D. I can try that forum. thanks!
