@karmamaker I don’t see an option to set a “user profile image / avatar” for a review manually. Can you able to set the manually? If yes, please share video record and plugin name used for profile picture.
@karmamaker It looks like you have not installed our WooCommerce importer free addon. Please go to “Add on” section and install the “import woocommerce” plugin then check the import

Hi @leventeri , thanks for reporting this. To check what’s causing the imported questions not to work on the frontend, could you please share a few details:
- LearnPress version you’re using (and WordPress + PHP version).
- A screenshot of the quiz on the frontend after manually added the data
- Your theme name
- If possible, a sample row from your CSV that includes the question and its answers.
These will help us confirm whether the issue comes from the import, theme conflict, or LearnPress version. Once we have this info, we can guide you with specific steps or fixes.
Thanks for sharing the detailed workaround — glad to hear you were able to get it working!
We’ve noted this feedback, and we’ll explore supporting custom delimiters or proper escaping for category names with commas in a future update to avoid manual steps.
If you run into anything else, feel free to reach out anytime.

In reply to: [Export All Posts, Products, Orders, Refunds & Users] CRASHED MY SITE!@skyzlmt We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, and we truly understand how frustrating it must have been to face downtime on such a high-traffic site.
Our plugin goes through regular testing, a site crash is not something we want any of our users to face, and we take this feedback seriously.
However, we’d love to investigate what went wrong in your specific case so we can improve and help prevent this for you and others.
If you’re open to it, could you please share details such as your WordPress version, PHP version, active theme, and other major plugins?@internationalexhibitions I noted that our support staff has notified you that you need upgrade the plugin to the latest version because you are using an older version. This genuinely resolved the file upload issue.
I hope it’s functioning now. If you need assistance, please create a new ticket.
