The error message “Skipped, Due to unknown Post ID” indicates that the importer is attempting to associate the comments/reviews with a product that hasn’t been created or doesn’t yet exist in the database.
To resolve this, please make sure to import the products first. Once the products are successfully created and their Post IDs (product IDs) are available, you can then import the reviews and associate them with the correct product using those IDs.

Only the feature picture can be imported by default, unless you have custom fields for the images that are linked to your post.
Do you have any custom fields? If yes, please share third-party plugin used for the custom field.
