@zeddgre Thank you for confirming. You can leave your feedback here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/wp-ultimate-exporter/reviews/
We have received the notification @zeddgre and the details regarding the ticket being reopened. We can communicate in that and closing this now.
we understand how disappointing this experience must feel, especially after upgrading to the PRO version and sharing a test site.
To clarify the situation: our ticketing system automatically closes tickets if there is no response from the customer for a certain period. In this case, the ticket was auto-closed, and because of that we did not receive the remaining requested details or updates needed to continue debugging the issue. As the ticket was closed, we were no longer receiving notifications on it.
Please note that ACF PRO-related issues are handled under PRO support, which is managed through our support portal rather than ww.wp.xz.cn threads. So please connect with our support team in new mail thread.

Hi @giovannifour The reported issue not occurring at our end, product categories are importing correctly without assigning the “No Category / Uncategorized” term. You can check the same here https://demo.smackcoders.com/ultimatecsvimporter/wp-admin/
We request you to share the Video record of import process and the sample CSV with us.
In the free version, automatic import is not supported — this functionality is only available in the premium version of the plugin.
If you are using the premium plugin, please reach out directly to the premium support team at [email protected]
Hi @zeddgre In free version of our plugin, we are giving support for ACF free only, not for ACF PRO. That may cause the issue. ACF PRO is supported in the Premium version only
@karmamaker We are not getting any response, so we are closing this. If you have tested as we instructed and need our assistance, please create a new forum ticket.
We’ve fixed the issue on our side. The problem occurred because our plugin was not fully compatible with the latest LearnPress version. LearnPress 4.x introduced a new value column in the
learnpress_question_answerstable. Our importer previously did not support this field, which caused the imported answers to miss the required unique identifier. We have now updated the LearnPress import structure and modified both the INSERT and UPDATE queries to include the
valuecolumn. After implementing this fix, the import process works correctly. There is no need for you to make any changes from your end — everything should now function as expected.
