In reply to: [Wordfence Security - Firewall, Malware Scan, and Login Security] 2FA IssueI tried resetting NTP but that didn’t work.
Is there anything else I should try?

In reply to: [Wordfence Security - Firewall, Malware Scan, and Login Security] 2FA IssueMany thanks for your reply.
NTP is disabled (“NTP is currently disabled as 3 subsequent attempts have failed”). Should I click on the “Reset” button?
Regarding the “Server Time”, “Browser Time” and “Corrected Time”, it looks ok:

In reply to: [WP Table Builder – Drag & Drop Table Builder] WP Table Builder Pro SupportHi Imtiaz,
Thank you for your reply by email.
I’m also replying here just in case you don’t receive my email.
As discussed, item 1 is a bug and will be fixed in an upcoming release.
Regarding item 2, this does not work (I sent you some screenshots in my email (see below as well)). Please review and advise how to resolve this issue as it’s been ongoing since a few releases ago.
Thank you

In reply to: [WP Table Builder – Drag & Drop Table Builder] WP Table Builder Pro SupportQueries I sent you last week:
1) There appears to be some issues with the custom html table widget. I was just updating a custom html entry for an existing table and I see its adding additional code (see below (added code by the WP Table Builder Pro in bold)).
<a href=”https://someurl.com” target=”_blank” rel=”nofollow noopener” data-mce-href=”https://someurl.com“><img src=”https://mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/image1.jpg” data-mce-src=”../wp-content/uploads/image1.jpg”></a><br data-mce-bogus=”1″>
Original html that I added in the first please:<a href=”https://someurl.com” target=”_blank” rel=”nofollow noopener”><img src=”https://mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/image1.jpg“></a>
Can you advise why this is happening please?
2) There is also a bug in your current update (version 1.4.7). When I update from version 1.4.5 to 1.4.7, the free “WP Table Builder” entry under plugins disappears and two entries appear for the PRO version (1.4.5 & 1.4.7).When I try to activate it nothing happens and naturally no tables are appearing on my site anymore. The issue happened two releases ago as well, I’m therefore unsure why it’s not been fixed properly this time as others are also facing the same issue. Please advise how to resolve this.

In reply to: [AMP] Referenced AMP URL is not an AMP – Only Affects PagesJames,
After further investigation I’ve discovered the cause of the issue. It was caused by the .htaccess file. My hosting company appears to have updated my .htaccess file (caching related), I just reverted back to the previous version and the AMP pages are now working fine.
Thanks for your help.

In reply to: [AMP] Referenced AMP URL is not an AMP – Only Affects PagesJames,
Many thanks for investigating further, it’s much appreciated!
I don’t have a staging site, I just run my site locally using XAMPP when I need to test anything. Unfortunately, I can’t seem to replicate the issue locally as the AMP pages always load fine.
Before the issue appeared in the Search Console, the AMP pages were loading fine with the theme I’m using (I hadn’t installed any recent updates to the theme either). Also, I hadn’t installed any new plugins recently either (I’ve only updated the plugins when required).
I’ve reverted the changes and I’ve just cleared the cache again and the pages load fine. It always seems to work fine after clearing the cache and then the issue returns the next day which is strange.
I guess there’s nothing else I can check without setting up a staging site?
Thanks

In reply to: [AMP] Referenced AMP URL is not an AMP – Only Affects PagesJames,
I’ve done some further investigation into this issue. The AMP pages seem to work whenever I clear the WordPress cache. However, after 24 hours the issue returns to these affected pages and I need to clear the cache again.
I wonder what could be causing this issue as I’ve checked everything else that I can think of?

In reply to: [AMP] Referenced AMP URL is not an AMP – Only Affects PagesJames, thanks for your reply.
Yes, I’ve already deactivated the plugins but I can’t seem to find the cause of the issue.
The AMP validator does indeed throw JavaScript errors for those URLs occasionally. Although the AMP validator will run ok sometime for those pages so it’s confusing.
I’ve de-activated and activated the Tag Div Mobile Theme plugin but it’s not helped. I have Mobile+AMP settings enabled.
Here are my findings:
1) If I run the AMP pages in a private browser session, the pages load fine sometimes in AMP other times not.
2) Running the pages through the AMP validator, sometimes throws JavaScript errors other times it runs successfully.
3) Only pages are affected not posts (have pages + posts enabled under the AMP settings).
4) Affected pages worked fine previously and have not been changed. Is there anything else I could check as I’ve ran out of ideas?
Thanks for your help.
