Thank you, yes it looks like it is the “Happy Elementor Addons” plugin that has the conflict. Once I deactivated it the panel comes back.. Cheers!!!

I really appreciate your response. Could you though by chance take a look at this: http://www.robbywaddell.com/sample-blog-page.jpg and let me know if what you see is like the image on the top or the image on the bottom. I have looked at it on several other computers outside of my own and it is still showing up as an empty blog like the image on the bottom….
