Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback. Yes, we completely understand what you mean. Being able to reorder and manage images while seeing the real gallery layout would make the editing process much more convenient.

At the moment, image ordering is available in a few ways:
* In the Media Manager
* In the gallery image upload section
* In the thumbnail preview area below the upload button, where images can be reordered using drag and drop

However, we agree that a more advanced visual preview-edit mode would be a great improvement. We’ll add this suggestion to our feature wishlist. Could you please also let us know what would be more comfortable for your workflow: editing this preview directly in the admin section, or having a special edit mode on the front end, where the gallery is actually published?

Thanks for your question. Yes, the slideshow/play button can be enabled in the Lightbox Settings for the Fusion Grid gallery.

Please open your gallery settings and check the Lightbox Settings section. There you can enable:
* Slideshow timer
* Play/Pause button
* Lightbox navigation controls

Once these options are enabled and the gallery is saved, the slideshow control should appear in the lightbox together with the navigation arrows. If you already enabled these settings but the button still doesn’t appear, please clear your cache and reload the page.

Great question, and yes, you can safely convert your existing galleries. Every gallery includes a Change Gallery Type widget at the top of the settings page. When you click it, a popup will appear where you can select the target gallery type you want to switch to, including Fusion Grid.

The conversion keeps your existing gallery content, including:

• image order,
• captions/titles/descriptions,
• and the gallery images themselves.

You can freely convert between old and new gallery types. For example:

• Classic Grid → Fusion Grid
• Masonry → Fusion Grid
• Fusion Grid → Image Slider
• and many other combinations.

Some settings (especially hover effects or lightbox styles) may need small adjustments after conversion, since Fusion Grid has a newer and more advanced configuration system. But your content itself will remain intact. You can even mix old and new gallery types on the same website without any limitations.

Thanks for your question. Please make sure that the gallery hierarchy is configured correctly. The filter/top navigation appears when you have a properly configured root gallery with child galleries/categories, and you are previewing or publishing the root gallery, not one of the child galleries.

Here’s what to check:
1. Make sure you have a root gallery.
2. Make sure the child galleries/categories are correctly assigned under that root gallery.
3. Insert the shortcode of the root gallery on the page.
4. Then the top navigation/filter menu should appear above the thumbnails.

If you publish only a child gallery, the filter menu may not be displayed because there is no parent structure to navigate.

If the social share icons in the lightbox don’t respond, the first step is to clear all caches (browser, plugin, and CDN if used), as scripts may not be updated properly after changes.

If the issue persists, here are a few things to check:
– In Fusion Grid, social icons are managed in the Hover Settings, make sure the required networks are enabled there.
– In Classic Grid, you can control them directly in the Lightbox Settings.
– Also ensure there are no JavaScript conflicts from other plugins or your theme that could block popup actions.

In Fusion Grid, thumbnails are generated and displayed based on the layout configuration and screen resolution. The gallery automatically detects the device (including retina screens) and tries to serve the most appropriate image size.

If thumbnails look blurry on retina displays, here are a few things to check:

1. Image Source Quality
   Make sure the original images are large enough (at least 2× the display size for retina screens).
2. Layout Settings
   In Fusion Grid, thumbnail size depends on the column width and layout type, smaller thumbnails may look less sharp if the source image is limited.
3. Image Optimization Plugins
   This is a common cause, some optimization or compression plugins may reduce image quality or resize images too aggressively, affecting thumbnails. Try temporarily disabling them to test.
4. Caching
   Clear all caches (browser, plugin, CDN) after any changes.

Rebuilding thumbnails in WordPress doesn’t always affect how the gallery generates and serves images, since Robo Gallery uses its own logic for responsive rendering. If the video opens correctly in the lightbox but appears too small on mobile with large margins, the most likely cause is a CSS conflict coming from your theme or another plugin.

In many cases, this happens when:
– the theme applies its own responsive media styles,
– another lightbox plugin is loading on the same page,
– or a plugin adds custom CSS rules for iframes, videos, or modal windows.

Here’s what we recommend:
– Check for CSS conflicts by temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme.
– Disable other image/lightbox-related plugins for testing, especially if they also affect videos or popups.
– Clear all caches after testing changes.
– Inspect the page on mobile or in browser Developer Tools to see whether the video container is getting custom width, max-width, or margin rules from the theme.
