In reply to: [Warmer] Buggy pluginGreat to finally get a response…..because I dropped a 1 star review, right.
As I mentioned before, this day and age, time waits for no one. If your plugin has issues and someone has a problem, they won’t wait a day longer for a response before filing a complaint when no support/response of any type comes through. A simple automated message stating your availability would go a long way. I’m reasonable.I could not try the 100 url free plugin because that would be useless. My website has over 30000 posts. Initially seeing your plugin’s 5 star reviews, anyone would be inclined to sign up and pay right away to start using the plugin in its full capacity.
Anyways, there is nothing “peculiar” about my case. I paid as anyone would and expect it to work as described without fiddling too much in the backend code etc.
Please refund.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WPSSO Core - Complete Schema Markup and Meta Tags] No articleSection outputI’ve removed minification and other optimisations on the website to troubleshoot. Please have a look now 🙂
Oh, cake recipes was that just a random example. Would you please send code snippet to plug into functions.php? My dev skills are currently at n00b level…
Marked as resolved but it’s not. I’ve been using Yoast Premium for well over 5 years. This type of support is not good enough.
Will have to move if this bug isn’t addressed – Rank Math for instance has this exact issue covered and in fact highlighted….
Yes, apparently so. Well aware of that. Maybe let me try again:
The sub category is NOT outputted in the meta description on my site when I set it as a Primary Category.
A similar issue was reported here (nearly 3 years ago) – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/primary-category-not-shown-in-page-title/
There is a bug am sure that disables outputting the Primary Category WHEN a subcategory is selected as the the primary.
Please look more into this rather than giving generic responses.
Thanks.
This has not answered my question at all. How can I BULK ASSIGN PRIMARY CATEGORY to THOUSANDS of unassigned posts in ONE GO? The bulk editor in Yoast works by editing one post at a time….
Meta key for a plugin deleted years ago was still hanging around in database postmeta table. Resolved now. Thanks!
Issue is on IMPORTING….not exporting…
4 months later appears this problem still persists and is clearly widespread. Any solution for this EXACT problem please?
Come on Yoast, this problem is clearly widespread and has been persistent as seen by the volumes of people mentioning it. Have searched high and low over the internet, most of the supposed fixes don’t actually work. Problem lies in the plugin itself, a bug maybe? WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?
This is PERFECT. After searching high and low, this actually works. Thanks a mil!

In reply to: [WPSSO Core - Complete Schema Markup and Meta Tags] Structured Data ErrorsThere are no errors when editing the post. No notifications or anything. In fact, most of the posts have been up for years without any issues.
You mentioned a test server…is it in a real world environment? That is, a website setup with various plugins and settings as would be the norm/expected?
This problem appears to have started after the last update, or two. Not sure.
Thanks for the response regardless.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WebP Express] Settings Resetting Frequently@frkn64 @kashmiri solution that appears to work is as follows:
– navigate to Plugins > Plugin Editor > select WebP Express plugin to edit.
– go to and open lib/classes/AdminInit.php
– scroll down to line 41 which should have the following:
include WEBPEXPRESS_PLUGIN_DIR . '/lib/migrate/migrate12.php';
comment out that line by inserting //
//include WEBPEXPRESS_PLUGIN_DIR . '/lib/migrate/migrate12.php';Save and check intermittently over the next 24 hours.
Worked for me…Forum: Plugins
