Hi @pd79 the slideshow is responsive and doesn’t overlap the menu on mobile when I checked the site. Is there perhaps a different page we can check? Here’s what it looks like on my end:
Mobile: https://prnt.sc/dR9DKs0s0gV2
Active menu: https://prnt.sc/xAUK-Ib6QNy1Hi @singlecoil thank you for using MetaSlider. Can you please provide a link to the site with the slideshow and lightbox so we can troubleshoot? Thanks!
Hi @michaelacwp, we really appreciate this detailed testing from your end. Can you please try installing this updated version of MetaSlider Lightbox. Thanks!
Hi @michaelacwp thank you for the detailed report of what’s going on on your site. Can you please try updating MetaSlider to 4.100.1 (latest version) and then installing this version of MetaSlider Lightbox. This should have the fix for using third-party plugin like Firelight Pro.
Please let us know how it goes. Thanks!Right now, the lightbox in MetaSlider slideshows can only be opened using the button, but thanks to your feedback, we’ll be adding this as a feature in a future release.
Version 2 should make the whole image clickable. Are you using a third-party lightbox plugin? If you can also provide a link to a page so we can troubleshoot further. Thanks!
Hi @darfil thank you for using MetaSlider Lightbox.
Can you please confirm that you enabled any of these settings:

I’m glad it’s working now! Right now there’s no way to change the text but we will take note of this and will add on a future update.
@futureyoung checking your MetaSlider, your version is still on 3.99, it should be on the latest version (3.100.1) for the Lightbox to work.
Thanks for confirming! Do you have caching plugins on your site? Can you please trying clearing your site’s and browser cache? If it still didn’t work, can you please send a link to a page with a slideshow so we can troubleshoot further. Thanks!
Hi @futureyoung can you please confirm that MetaSlider is on its latest version? Thanks!
Hi @linabalciunaite,
Thanks for the suggestion.
You’re right,
<button>would be more accessible, but we can’t change the<a>tag since it comes from FlexSlider’s core HTML. That said, we’ll addaria-labelattributes to the navigation links in a future release to improve accessibilityAppreciate the feedback!
Hi @linabalciunaite
Thanks for the feedback! You’re right, the play/pause link should have anaria-labelso screen readers can announce its purpose. While we can’t replace the<a>with a<button>due to FlexSlider’s core HTML, it already includesrole="button", which helps. To fix the missing label, you can add this script to your site:

aria-labelbased on the play/pause state.Glad it worked. Thanks for using MetaSlider!
Thanks @arkitecturahoy please try adding this CSS: https://gist.github.com/rochdesigns/420065005052901b14859c950bbe61dc
