In reply to: [Daily Prayer Time] ShortcodesAnd I just figured out how to edit the widget, too, al-hamdu li allah! I had to go to the WP Dashboard –> Appearance –> Customize –> Widgets then had all the options, so I changed it to what I wanted.

In reply to: [Daily Prayer Time] ShortcodesOkay, I think I figured out how to use the shortcodes after a lot of trial and error. I just pasted it into a new page, and it worked! This is really, really impressive, ma sha’a allah.
The problem, I guess, is the widget someone set up on our website a long time ago. I do not know how to edit that or even move where it displays on every single page.

I love the concept of the javascript you made (https://jsfiddle.net/Mushrath007/ddLfjfxt/1/), jazakumu allahu khayra. The problem is that I could not get it to work when I tried using two different computers. Is anyone else having a problem with it?

Anyone try the newest 4.2.7.1 update? It seems the developer said he fixed something, and perhaps it was this error. I do not want to update and have our website crash again, so I am waiting for someone else to be brave and take the dive.

You’re right, and I just figured that out, so I am waiting on reinstalling it until a fixed update. In the meantime, I am searching for alternatives, since one of the main reasons people visit our mosque’s website is to find out the prayer times.

I deleted the whole plugin by logging into to our website using FTP (FileZilla). The host (HostGator) had a way to download a file then import it using FileZilla, and then it was just about going into the plugin folder and deleting it so the website would work.
I am going to work now on downloading the latest plugin version, which I realized is not 4.2.7 then using the other cool tips and tricks on here like the csv file to customize our prayer timings.
