Hello,
sorry it was a frustrating start.
A couple of options for getting in touch, for you and anyone reading:
1. As the moderator above noted, free support is on the ww.wp.xz.cn forum: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce-jetpack/
2. We also have a contact page at https://booster.io/contact-us/ that’s open to anyone, including free users and pre-sales questions. No account or purchase required.
We’ve been part of the WordPress and WooCommerce ecosystem for over 11 years and have always made it straightforward to reach us, so the contact concern genuinely surprised us.If you’d like a hand troubleshooting, share the module you were using and what you saw, and we’ll take a look.
Hello,
I got the problem you are facing. The solution for the conflict is completely remove the FREE package and reinstall the PLUS version. You can export all your settings and import them back to your plus package.
The Plus package is extended version of the FREE one so if more than one packages installed on the same set up those may create such conflicts.
As the PRO packages will be override all settings and code base so HPOS compatibility check is triggered.
We have found the issue and will fix the same in next release, until you can give a try to the above solution I have suggested.
Kind Regards,
Rony P – Support TeamHello,
Both previous versions of the plugin are fully compatible with Woocommerce HPOS. It seems you have enabled the older version on your system. Kindly export all your options once completely reinstall the latest version and give it a try.
If still you face the same issue please reach us here.
Kind Regards,
Rony P – Support TeamHello,
First of all my sincere apologies for the security vulnerability. We have worked for almost a year to fix all possible security vulnerabilities.
@phil-mckerracher The security glitch was found on the 2nd version, released on the 26th of last month. The patchstack reported an issue on the 01st August and we have fixed it and released it within a week. Regarding the forum, we regularly check the threads and take action according to the weightage of the topic.
@danielbmxd Thank you for raising the point of reality. Thank you all guys again for your patience and support.
