I’m also having this issue, the website isn’t using Yoast and I’ve tested deactivating all plugins for clashes and still the location doesn’t save?????
Thanks for getting back to me, I’ve done all the usual deactivating plugins, switching theme etc. We’ll just use Stripe for the moment, which works ok. I’ll check if paypal works again after the next plugin release/update.

An update with this, I’m getting an error 400 on the checkout page for:
https://www.paypal.com/sdk/js?merchant-id=K7TR42EN3ZJD6&components=hosted-fields,buttons&intent=capture&disable-funding=credit¤cy=GBP
Error message on this page is:

If I click the Resync payment connection button I get the following errors:
Error – Something went wrong! : Unexpected response recieved. – Failed to refresh PayPal access token.

Plugin is at v 2.40 and WordPress is 5.2.1Thanks
