Can confirm this is resolved in a recent update to MailPoet and we are now seeing normal results for open tracking reports. Will mark as resolved. Thank you!
The Gutenberg editor is visible. The dropdown in the Newsletter email option shows “Create using the new email editor (Alpha)”. (Screenshot)
And I was finally able to find the “Send a test” email option in the MailPoet Gutenberg editor. (Screenshot)
I think there is something going on with the new editor which causes inaccurate open rate stats
@wfpeter sorry for the delay here. I am going to mark this resolved. The host had a DDoS attack at the time we had problems connecting to the server and they told me that during that time period there could have been restrictions put in place that would have made it difficult to communicate with Wordfence servers. I have since been able to run and complete a scan. Thank you for your attention.
That was not clear when I purchased the software and I am currently in a two month long process with my bank trying to get a refund. The way that this transaction has been handled by Auttomatic and company leaves a lot to be desired. I would still recommend people be very wary of using this software.
