Просто хотелось решение что называется “из коробки” и без “колхоза”, которое рекомендовано самими Woocommerce.
Что-бы не править при каждом обновление style.css.

1. В .htaccess запись добавил.
2. В настройках хостинга везде стоит utf8.
На всякий случай написал в Суппорт хостинг-провайдера, не стоит ли где-то другая кодировка. Там везде стоит utf8 тоже.
На всякий случай установил эту тему на другом сайте на хостинге Мастерхост – там тоже самое некорректное отображение русского языка.

In reply to: [Add Meta Tags] Best meta tags pluginHi George! Yes, that’s right, the problem was exactly what you described. I use the theme TwentyTwelve and I have produced the actions which you describe in the link above.
And it Helped!
I made changes to the file functions.php and removed <title> from header.php. Also I turn off “Enable advanced title management” and everything was working as it was before, and now I can completely change the <title> on any page as needed.

In reply to: [Add Meta Tags] Best meta tags pluginI apologize, my English was not so good that i would clearly articulate the idea. I will show my site as an example of this situation.
Example: Image
On the picture you see the title I entered in the settings of main page. Also in the picture you can see that custom wordpress title overwrites the title is written in the settings page in the add meta tags plugin. This happens even with enabled option “Advanced Title Management”.
