Hi I Have oceans WP theme, i have created a a mail chimp account,

I Have entered the api info and list ID

Theme panel > Intergrations Tab

For some reason it doesn’t want to work, i do not see any errors. when someone enters there email all it seems to do is refresh the page and nothing is sent through to mail chimp etc.

I have also took the credentials out and it does the same thing.

i am using elimentor editor and when you click the input field it does show edit>> mailchimp,

am i being stupid have i missed something ?

any help would be great thanks

also iv noticed it doesnt show the logo on the bottom right hand corner of the screen, it only seems to show the logo on my admin login page that is on a differnt url

Hi Dave,

i disabled the theme and set the standard theme to twenty nineteen.

and i can confirm it did it again, its scoring me at 0 for some reason. i have hand typed the email in with password and tried from a different computer and of the network using 4g from a phone and still get the same response.

any ideas ?
